Juice: Choice of tomato, V8 or apple juice (one of)
Salad: Choice of tossed, spring mixed or caesar salad (one of )
Potato: Choice of roasted, creamy whipped, or parsley boiled (one of)
Vegetable: Choice of medley of mixed vegetables or *Choose 2 of* baby carrots, peas, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, or green beans
Dessert: Choice of Seasonal Fruit Filled Pies, seasonal fruit crepes, chocolate mousse, apple strudel with vanilla custard sauce, cheese cake with a cherry sompode, raspberry almond cream crepes, strawberry shortcake, lemon and cream shortcake, milk chocolate hazelnut cream cake, tuxedo truffle mousse or triple chocolate tiger cake (one of)
All dinners include buns and butter, tea and coffee
For an additonal fee of $7.00 per person you can replace your entree with one of the following entree's:
1. 5 oz Beef Tenderloin with mushroom gravy
2. 8 oz Atlantic Salmon filet in dill sauce
3. 7 oz Chicken Supreme in a cream sauce
